Same thing as everyone else, signed up for FREE TRIAL Ha! Pay for p/p and test the products, like a fool waited for some kind of feed back form but was billed £89.99 instead. Then out of the blue another parcel arrived,I immediately rang the company and amazingly got through I informed... See Morethe guy I was returning the parcel straight away that very day and to cancel any more to be delivered,I did not subscribe to anything this is a joke.My credit card bill has arrived with another amount taken for £94.94,I am at a loss,my husband pays the bills and as you can imagine is not a happy chappy. Will contact the credit card company for advice.I cannot believe I was such a fool!

I also have had an horrendous experience with Rejuvenex. I signed up for the £2.49 trial and have now had two payments taken from my credit card one for £89.99 and the other for £94.94. i have phoned on the freephone line and was told that my subscription (what Subscription!)... See Morewould be cancelled but i am not holding out much hope. My credit card have told me that they can't cancel the agreement and even if i closed the account Rejuvenex can reopen it to claim the subscription. Has anyone any ideas where to go from here?

BEWARE - DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE 'FREE TRIAL' OF REJUVENEX
I'm afraid I too have fallen victim to the Rejuvenex FREE TRIAL OFFER for £2.49 postage. I had two payments of £94 taken from my credit card account before I had even received what I thought was... See Morea free trial. I had no idea this money had been taken from my account until my statement arrived. I have now been calling and emailing them for around 6 weeks trying to get my money back! I returned the first batch of products when I realised that this isn't a free trial. i sent it back and have a record of it being signed for but still no refund. It has now been over 30 days since they took payment for the second batch they claim to have shipped, I haven't received the product in order to return it. I emailed customerservice@rejuvenex.com regarding the matter and they came back and advised me to contact the customer service dept.???? When I said I thought they were the customer service dept per their email address, they didn't reply. Unless you have loads of money to spare, BEWARE of Rejuvenex. You are not signing up to a free trial, you are signing up to a monthly payment of £94 being taken from your account before you even receive the product.

Have to agree with stevebutler. Same thing has happened to me only they wanted over £100. Just called the freephone number and cancelled, they said they will email me cancellation, still waiting for it.
Only way to stop re-billing may be to cancel card it was bought on.
